Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most

Why do I need a prescription?

Your treating doctor needs to be aware of and support your treatment, for safety and monitoring reasons. The prescription is also legally required for customs import in every market we serve.

How long does delivery take?

On average 15–25 business days from complete documentation, depending on the medicine and destination country's customs process.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once shipped, you receive a tracking number and can follow every step until delivery.

Why do I pay before receiving the medicine?

Under the Named Patient framework, every order is sourced specifically for one patient — we cannot hold stock in advance, so sourcing only begins once payment is confirmed.

Why don't you show medicines on this page?

Prescription medicines cannot be promoted to the public. That is why information about a medicine is shown only inside your account, once we have received your doctor's prescription.

Who handles my request?
